Tide & Time

Foundational support through the birth journey

    • Text & email support during the day once contract and deposit are complete (responses within 24 hours).

    • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 36 weeks.

    • Two prenatal appointments (in-person or Zoom): intake, stages of labor, common interventions, birth plan, birth team roles, and resources.

    • Holistic emotional, physical, and educational support prior to and during labor.

    • Support during birth and 1–2 hours after.

    • One postpartum visit within 2–4 days of birth.

    • Ongoing phone and text support for four weeks postpartum.

Sacred Waters

Comprehensive care — before, during, and after birth.

    • Text & email support during the day and evening once contract and deposit are complete (responses within 24 hours).

    • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 36 weeks.

    • Two prenatal appointments (in-person or Zoom): intake, stages of labor, common interventions, birth team roles, birthing positions, and resources.

    • One prenatal walk (your choice of location) for movement, connection, and conversation.

    • Birth plan discussions tailored to your needs.

    • Holistic emotional, physical, and educational support leading up to and throughout labor.

    • Support during birth and 1–2 hours after (or through the golden hour).

    • Two postpartum visits:

      • One within 2–4 days after birth

      • One at five weeks postpartum

    • Ongoing phone, text, and email support for six weeks postpartum.
